1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from rjbusinesssolutions.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.

2. Services

RJ Business Solutions provides credit repair services, business credit coaching, AI automation, done-for-you social media management, digital courses, and related services. Specific deliverables are described at the time of purchase.

RJ Business Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Credit repair services are governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.). Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual credit situations.

3. Payment

All payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscription services renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription services if you have completed your first round of work with us and see no results. One-time setup fees and digital products are non-refundable after delivery. To request a refund, email support@rjbusinesssolutions.org within 30 days of purchase.

5. Credit Repair Disclosure (CROA)

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.), you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 3 business days of signing, without penalty or obligation. We cannot guarantee the removal of accurate negative items from your credit report. You have the right to dispute items on your own credit report for free by contacting the credit bureaus directly (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion).

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, misrepresent your identity or credit history to creditors, share account credentials, or reverse-engineer our systems or content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, and materials created by RJ Business Solutions are proprietary. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our systems without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." We make no guarantee of specific credit score improvements, funding amounts, or business results. Individual outcomes vary based on credit history, creditor responses, and other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RJ Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, except where prohibited by law.
